The Country House

Single-storey house of 87 square metres between Angoulême and Poitiers. In a rural setting, the house welcomes you for a quiet and relaxing stay. It consists of three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The living room, bright, consists of a living-dining room and kitchen of about 40 square meters. It's connected to the fiber. A large bioclimatic pergola, an enclosed garden and a garage available. Everything to enjoy and safety.

It is broken down as follows: - a fully equipped kitchen, a living room equipped with a sofa bed, a bedroom equipped with a bed (160 x 200) and a practical equipped bathroom.
