The beautiful old Abbey Town of Charroux is 8 Kms distant and we are within half an hour of Civray, Ruffec & Confolens.

The Country House

On one level house of 87 square meters between Angoulême and Poitiers. In a rural setting, the house welcomes you for a quiet and relaxing stay. It is composed of three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The living room, bright, consists of a living-dining room and kitchen of about 40 square meters. It's connected to the fiber. A large bioclimatic pergola, an enclosed garden, and a garage. Everything to enjoy and safety.

Big stone terrace shaded by an umbrella pine tree. Wood stove in living room. Located on edge of village with direct access to paths. Ideal setting for athletes and/or families wanting to enjoy nature and animals: Horses, sheep, chickens are present on the property.

Come and rest cool in the countryside in a tranquil setting to enjoy nature. The apartment is 40m². A large room of 30m² with bedroom area, seating area and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Independent entrance and easy and free parking in front of our house.
