XVIII Maurienne farmhouse at 470m d'altitude

In privileged surroundings encircled by mountains, ski stations and cycling summits at the foot of the chaine of the Belledonne mountains. The very comfortable renovated haybarn has exposed beams, view of roof structure through glass ceiling, stone walls and wooden floors but with a modern contempary touch. A deck to sit, listen and admire the breathtaking countryside, it's wildlife (Refuge ASPAS) and the horses who live on the farm, whilst savouring the pure tranquility .. and a glass of wine!

Ideally located, between the lakes of Annecy and Le Bourget, our cottage is at the entrance to the Bauges Natural Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountain and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and gliding with two small family ski resorts nearby: the Semnoz (30 min) and the Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for the back and hiking. 1 hour from here are the Aravis stations.
