A garden/loft ground floor with kitchen, living room, large table, bathroom, dry toilet, wood stove, games. A dance room upstairs, to play, do yoga, music, theater, meditate, sleep... A caravan under the tree. Shady space for tents. Green, lots of green around, and the forest. Regional Natural Park of Chartreuse: walks, mountains, lakes, hikes, biking... calm.

Unusual accommodation

Large caravan of 22 m² fully equipped. Completely renovated inside, it includes a separate bedroom, kitchenette, lounge/SAM area and storage. The WC and the bathroom are independent of each other. It is located below my house, on a plot of land with magnificent views of the Belledonne range. Very quiet area, ideal for nature lovers. Outdoor patio and garden furniture. 15 minutes by car from the Uriage Baths and 35 minutes from Grenoble.

We will be delighted to share this exceptional spot located in an undergrowth by the river at the end of our land. Annecy is a 5-minute drive away and the lake/old town are 10/15 minutes by car. Guests have plenty of space and a friendly pergola with summer kitchen. This 14 m2 Romanian caravan, handcrafted in Romania, offers all the necessary comforts (insulation, heating, bathroom, etc.)
