Located on the ground floor of our house, this studio is ideally located: 200 m from Lake Annecy, 3 km from Annecy city center (accessible by the lakeside bike path), 4 km from the train station (Bus line 20: "Pt Portt Chavoires" stop or 26: "Chasseurs" stop). My wife and I will do our best to make your stay enjoyable so that you keep an unforgettable memory of our beautiful region. Ceiling height: 2.10 m Access may be narrow in the bathroom.

The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.
