Family house built in 1925 (great-grandfather) and renovated in 2019. It is located 4 km from Annecy's Old Town (via a cycle path), at the end of a cul-de-sac, right by the lake (with a private jetty), near the port of Sevrier, the sailing club, the tennis club. The cycle path passes right behind the house. Municipal beach 5min walk, riding club 5-10min by bike. Swing in the garden. For those who come by electric vehicle, you have a Green-Up plug. Don't forget to bring your cable!

The Wooden House

Quiet house in the woods, independent, with kitchen and bathroom, pellet stove heating. 2 double beds. You will have access to the spring water pool and children's games. To recharge your batteries, there is no TV, no Wi-Fi, but an authentic connection with nature. Access to a large forest walking area. 1 hour from Geneva, Lyon, Grenoble and 40 minutes from Chambéry. At the foot of the Grand Colombier and 30 minutes from the ski slopes of the Retord plateau and Hauteville.

The Lake House, sleeps 10 and has air conditioning.

A magnificent, fully renovated 95 m² chalet located just 7 meters from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from Annecy, and 30 minutes from the ski resorts. You’ll enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake as your backdrop. You can enjoy the lake all day long—swimming, paddleboarding, or canoeing (two paddleboards and three canoes are available on-site)—relax in the sauna while admiring the lake, or even play a game of pétanque. The house is spread over two separate levels.
