Our apartment with separate entrance is located in the new annex of our detached house in the quiet center of Bannewitz. Within walking distance you can reach the bakery (open on Sundays!), supermarket and public transport to Dresden in 5 minutes. This takes you in about 20 minutes to the city center to the Frauenkirche, Semperoper, Zwinger or to the main train station Dresden. From there you can also start a trip to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to Meissen. Hiking or biking trails are right outside the front door.

40 m² - immediate location on Lake Markkleeberg. Not even a minute to the beach. 5 minutes to the tram to be in the center of Leipzig in 20 minutes. Located on the paved circular route around the lake (9 km) - ideal for joggers or inline skaters, as well as all those who like to exercise in the fresh air, the time out at Markkleeberger See is perfect. The apartment offers optimal space for 2 people. Based on the experience of recent years, we no longer rent to guests with children under 6 years!

The Schwalbennest apartment is located in the side wing of the Hillehof in the Ostrau district. From here you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. The balcony offers direct access to the garden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and equipped with underfloor heating in all rooms. From the slightly higher bed (about 1.00 m) you can enjoy the view. If you are traveling with your dog, there is a sleeping niche for it under the bed.

Idyllic and absolutely quietly located apartment on a large, wildly romantic property. The property is located about 1.5 km from the nearest road and is only accessible via a dirt road. Not suitable for lowered vehicles. The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. We ask that the tourist tax (not included in the price) be paid in cash upon arrival.
