Beach house holiday rentals in Scauri

We were two families with small children who rented and had a great experience. Doriana and co-hosts were very helpful. It was hard to find the place through the address but we got an exact pin to the listing that we could put into the GPS. It would be good if there were instructions for how the garbage sorting works in the house so everyone doesn't have to ask. We expected there to be more consumables such as salt, dish soap, toilet paper which it didn't but the host arranged for us when we asked. There were a lot of flies everywhere along the coast where we stayed, which meant that we didn't take advantage of the patio as much as we thought we would. According to information, it was due to the wetter weather that has been during the fall (we were there in October) and nothing like others staying during the summer had experienced. All in all we had a very good stay!

This place is a real gem. Very secluded but very close to some amazing restaurants. There’s a beach 5 min walk away, the main piazza 2 min walk away and you are on the 140 bus route which goes into the city centre very regularly. I stayed with my two boys and there was plenty of room for us all. The terrace is fantastic and the view tops it off. It’s also lovely to hear the sea and the birds. We couldn’t have had a better time and we will be back as soon as we can!

Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is deserved: access is accessed by an extremely narrow alley bordered by walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

House perfectly responsive to the photos, very close to the sea, with a priceless view and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Self check-in and check-out is very practical. Friendly and helpful hosts. I definitely recommend staying at this property for relaxing evenings on a breathtaking terrace.

Luca's house welcomed us with all its personality and poetry and we liked it so much. Beautiful view. Super helpful and responsive host. We were there a little, but qualitatively very well. You can walk to the beach. We hope to see you soon!

I was enchanted by the location and cleanliness of the very kind host house

The accommodation matches the photos, I would say even better than expected. The house is very close to the sea and is really beautiful: spacious greenery for our dogs (who loved the madness running through the garden), a small terrace where you can eat with greenery around and a clean and correct accommodation (we were in 4 and 3 dogs and we had a great time). Outside there is a shower, an oven/fire pit, a pump and car space (there are two cars, a Twingo and a Citroen entrance). The other villas around made the area not too secluded. Just look as described to the speed cameras along the way (but in general throughout the coast). The owners were responsive to our requests and very courteous. From the accommodation we easily moved to the surrounding areas necessarily by car. In short, if you want a place in a strategic location, that is quiet, spacious and close to the sea, suitable for children and animals (fenced all over the perimeter) choose it!

We had some very nice days at Christian's place. He doesn't know what good he can do for us as guests to have a good time, and offers great suggestions for restaurants and things to both see and do. Also responds immediately to messages. The beach was in walking distance, and what a beach, absolutely stunning! The apartment is also very nice, modern and well equipped and with nice, private patios. The apartment is a bit outside the city center, so it might be okay to have a car.

We had a wonderful stay from Sonia at her studio, equipped with two terraces with a beautiful view of Palmarola. Very quiet area and close to the bus stop to reach the main attractions of the island. It is also relatively close to the most beautiful coves in Ponza that can be reached by land. Recommended stay for those who want to enjoy a holiday in total relaxation

We had a great time at the property. Shloka was incredibly kind, helpful, and eager to explain everything about the area. The house was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable, with a stunning view that made the stay even more special. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay in the Villa. It has an amazing view from the mountain side down to the sea. And sitting down at the terrace looking out was beautiful. Communication was great and there was very quick response. Having the private pool was amazing, despite the beach down at formia is very nice and friendly for families. The small restaurants in formia as well was nice. We would definitely visit again.

Apartment and it’s terracw were very nice and convenient, in quiet neighborhood. During the week it was very quiet, weekends were busier. Location is great, walking distance to beach and supermarket. The pool was also very nice, our 9-Year-old enjoyed it very much. Host Constantino was very friendly and helpful. Communications with him was super easy.

The pool, view and outdoor space is just amazing. We loved the outdoor cooking too. We had a great boat trip recommended by our host, great day on a beautiful beach and so much fun visiting the nearby town. We appreciate all the advice and fast responses from lole. If we come back, we will definitely stay here to enjoy the pool and amazing house in really an outstanding location.

We visited Claudia's place for three weeks and were quickly overwhelmed by the fantastic location, the incredibly beautiful beaches and the fantastic sunsets. Claudia had put a lot of effort into answering our questions all the time and there was a smaller problem she had helped us immediately. We felt very comfortable with her.

Very nice villa near the sea, well-kept and tastefully furnished, spacious and stocked with everything, with plenty of kitchen utensils and to enjoy the lovely garden. The rooms are comfortable and with many closets, several televisions, air conditioning and fans available. In 7 you are perfectly comfortable. The area is residential and quiet. The sea is a 4-minute walk away. Even our dog had a great time, with the fence around the house he could stay in the garden in the cool while we went to the beach. The host Nicola is very kind and helpful and Mr. Maurizio is always ready to help for any eventuality. In short, a perfect experience and definitely to be repeated!

We had a very nice time with great bird concerts. Everything is easily accessible. Delicious pizza and baked goods in a wide selection. The whole neighborhood is quite beautiful. We were also twice in the neighboring village in the old town and in the temple. The air is very humid in autumn, smells great, but attracts mosquitoes. That's why we got Soventol on site. Always happy to visit this beautiful place.

We visited Villa Greg with 11 people, 5 of them children 10 years old and under, and it was absolutely PERFECTO! There was space for children to be children, and space for adults to gsther and share a meal or a bottle (or two or three...) of wine. Close to charming medieval towns and world class, Michelin starred dining, we could not have had a more amazing time.

Bettina's house far exceeded our expectations. It's in the most incredible setting just above a beach (no more than 10 seconds to the sand) but under the shady green of pine trees. The immediate area is buzzing with friendly people, cafe's, a restaurant/pizzeria but the house is peaceful with a lovely breeze that floats through all the windows. You cannot beat the sound of the sea lapping that you hear from every window. The sea is very clean and shallow so even the smallest of us had a lot of fun in the water. The mornings are very calm and in the afternoon the thermals pick up and the waves starting rolling in. We have four small children and the joy of being able to go up and down to the beach without all the hassle is priceless. Lovely long shady lunches on Bettina's terrace with the sea twinkling as the backdrop. The house itself is really spacious and whilst it's simple in its decoration it is just perfect for unwinding away from all the usual rhythms of life. We were there for two weeks and could easily have spent another week or two. We visited some fabulous places in the area too with a car. It was a perfect balance between a little bit of culture for us oldies and endless hours of beach fun: snorkelling, chatting to early morning fishermen, hiring pedalos, eating spaghetti vongole at the beach cafe, delicious ice creams, and of course sunbathing. Thank you Bettina for entrusting your beautiful beach house to us and taking care of our needs so well. We really hope we can return one day!

This beautiful cottage offers a perfect combination of peace and comfort. Surrounded by an idyllic pine forest, it has a large garden that invites you to relax. The nearby, gently sloping beach is ideal for families with children and offers numerous sports facilities such as kite surfing and windsurfing. Well-equipped Lido's provide extra beach comfort. The spacious house convinces with very good facilities, fast internet and a high level of security. The communication with the landlady was very pleasant and quick – she was always helpful. The peaceful surroundings and the relaxed atmosphere make it an ideal retreat for families looking for relaxation and fun.
