Beach house holiday rentals in Scauri

Vi var två familjer med små barn som hyrde och hade en jättebra upplevelse. Doriana och medvärdar var mycket hjälpsamma. Det var svårt att hitta boendet genom adressen men vi fick en exakt pin till boendet som vi kunde lägga in i gps:en. Det vore bra om det fanns instruktioner för hur sopsorteringen fungerar i huset så slipper alla fråga. Vi förväntade oss att det skulle finnas mer förbrukningsartiklar så som salt, diskmedel, toapapper vilket det inte gjorde men värden ordnade de till oss när vi frågade. Det var väldigt mycket flugor överallt längs kusten där vi vistades vilket gjorde att vi inte utnyttjade uteplatsen lika mycket som vi trodde vi skulle göra. Enligt uppgifter så var det pga det blötare vädret som varit under hösten (vi var där i oktober) och inget som andra som vistas där under sommaren upplevt. Allt som allt hade vi en mycket bra vistelse!

This place is a real gem. Very secluded but very close to some amazing restaurants. There’s a beach 5 min walk away, the main piazza 2 min walk away and you are on the 140 bus route which goes into the city centre very regularly. I stayed with my two boys and there was plenty of room for us all. The terrace is fantastic and the view tops it off. It’s also lovely to hear the sea and the birds. We couldn’t have had a better time and we will be back as soon as we can!

Carlo fait partie de ces hôtes grâce auxquels la tradition antique de l’hospitalité dans le monde méditerranéen perdure jusqu’à aujourd’hui. Goût de la beauté, bienveillance et amitié vous attendent dans cette merveilleuse maison où chaque objet a été choisi avec amour. Je ne peux qu’inviter les voyageurs amoureux de l’Italie à venir se ressourcer hors du temps dans cet îlot de beauté où le sublime carrelage bleu turquoise et la vue sur la belle Méditerranée sera un souvenir de vacances qui nourrira les longs mois d’hiver jusqu’à l’été suivant. Merci Carlo de nous avoir donner la chance de séjourner dans ce lieu idyllique et inspirant …

La maison d’Ivo offre un point de vue unique sur la baie et est très bien située pour un accès rapide aux plages et à la ville. Son accès se mérite: on y accède par une ruelle extrêmement étroite bordée de murs. Vive la Fiat 500!

Casa perfettamente rispondente alle foto, vicinissima al mare, con una veduta impagabile e dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Molto pratici il self check-in e check-out. Host gentili e disponibili. Consiglio assolutamente il soggiorno in questa struttura per serate rilassanti su una terrazza mozzafiato.

La casa di Luca ci ha accolto con tutta la sua personalità e poesia e ci è piaciuta tanto. Splendida vista. Host super disponibile e reattivo. Siamo stati poco ma qualitativamente molto bene. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi. Speriamo a presto!

Sono rimasto incantato dalla posizione e della pulizia della casa host gentilissimo

L’alloggio è corrispondente alle foto, direi anche meglio del previsto. La casa è vicinissima al mare ed è veramente bella: ampio verde per i nostri cagnolini (che hanno amato alla follia scorrazzando per il giardino), piccolo terrazzino dove mangiare col verde attorno e alloggio pulito e di dimensioni giuste (noi eravamo in 4 e 3 cani e siamo state benissimo). All’esterno una doccia, un forno/brace, una pompa e spazio auto (ci sono entrate due auto, una Twingo e una Citroen). Le altre villette attorno rendevano la zona non troppo isolata. Occhio solo come in descrizione agli autovelox lungo la strada (ma in generale in tutta la costa). I proprietari sono stati reattivi alle nostre richieste e molto cortesi. Dall’alloggio ci siamo facilmente spostati nelle zone circostanti necessariamente in auto. Insomma se volete un alloggio in una posizione strategica, che sia tranquillo, spazioso e vicino al mare, adatto per bambini e animali (recintato in tutto il perimetro) sceglietelo!

Vi hadde noen veldig fine dager hos Christian. Han vet ikke hva godt han kan gjøre for at vi som gjester skal ha det bra, og kommer med gode forslag til restauranter og ting å både se og gjøre. Svarer også umiddelbart på meldinger. Stranden var i gangavstand, og for en strand, helt fantastisk! Leiligheten er også veldig fin, moderne og godt utstyrt og med fine, private uteplasser. Leiligheten ligger et stykke utenfor sentrum, så det kan være greit å ha bil.

Abbiamo passato da Sonia uno splendido soggiorno presso il suo monolocale, dotato di due terrazzini con una splendida vista su Palmarola. Area molto tranquilla e vicino alla fermata del bus per raggiungere le maggiori attrazioni dell’isola. Inoltre, è relativamente vicino alle cale più belle di Ponza raggiungibili via terra. Soggiorno consigliato per chi si vuole godere una vacanza in totale relax

We had a great time at the property. Shloka was incredibly kind, helpful, and eager to explain everything about the area. The house was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable, with a stunning view that made the stay even more special. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay in the Villa. It has an amazing view from the mountain side down to the sea. And sitting down at the terrace looking out was beautiful. Communication was great and there was very quick response. Having the private pool was amazing, despite the beach down at formia is very nice and friendly for families. The small restaurants in formia as well was nice. We would definitely visit again.

Andrea ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber. Da er bei unserer Ankunft nicht anwesend war, empfing uns sein ebenso freundlicher Nachbar Roberto. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und Terracina. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 5-10 Autominuten von der Stadt entfernt. Durch die Lage am Hang ist die Anfahrt leicht abenteuerlich, jedoch gut zu bewerkstelligen. Unsere Kinder waren sofort in Andreas Katzen verliebt und kümmerten sich während des Urlaubs um deren Wohlbefinden. Wir werden sicherlich nicht zum letzenmal hier gewesen sein.

Apartment and it’s terracw were very nice and convenient, in quiet neighborhood. During the week it was very quiet, weekends were busier. Location is great, walking distance to beach and supermarket. The pool was also very nice, our 9-Year-old enjoyed it very much. Host Constantino was very friendly and helpful. Communications with him was super easy.

The pool, view and outdoor space is just amazing. We loved the outdoor cooking too. We had a great boat trip recommended by our host, great day on a beautiful beach and so much fun visiting the nearby town. We appreciate all the advice and fast responses from lole. If we come back, we will definitely stay here to enjoy the pool and amazing house in really an outstanding location.

appartamento/villetta molto carino con bel giardino privato e vicino alla spiaggia. Stefano è stato davvero disponibile e premuroso.

Wir waren drei Wochen zu Besuch in Claudias Unterkunft und waren schnell überwältigt von der fantastischen Lage, dem unfassbar schönen Stränden und den traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Claudia hatte sich in der ganzen Zeit sehr viel Mühe gegeben um unsere Fragen zu beantworten und gab es doch mal ein kleineres Problem hatte sie uns umgehend geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei ihr gefühlt.

Villetta vicino al mare molto carina, curata e arredata con buon gusto, spaziosa e rifornita di tutto, con abbondanza di suppellettili per la cucina e per godersi il delizioso giardino. Le stanze comode e con molti armadi, diversi televisori, aria condizionata e ventilatori a disposizione. In 7 si sta perfettamente comodi . La zona è residenziale e tranquilla. Il mare a 4 minuti a piedi. Anche il nostro cane sì è trovato benissimo, con la recinzione intorno alla casa poteva rimanere in giardino al fresco mentre andavamo al mare. L'host Nicola molto gentile e disponibile e il signor Maurizio sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi evenienza. Insomma, un'esperienza perfetta e da ripetere sicuramente!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit tollen Vögelkonzerten. Alles ist gut zu erreichen. Leckere Pizza und Backwaren in großer Auswahl. Die gesamte Umgebung ist sehr schön. Wir waren auch zweimal im Nachbarort in der Altstadt und im Tempel. Die Luft ist im Herbst sehr feucht, riecht super, lockt aber Mücken an. Daher haben wir uns vor Ort noch Soventol besorgt. Gerne immer wieder diesen schönen Ort besuchen.

We visited Villa Greg with 11 people, 5 of them children 10 years old and under, and it was absolutely PERFECTO! There was space for children to be children, and space for adults to gsther and share a meal or a bottle (or two or three...) of wine. Close to charming medieval towns and world class, Michelin starred dining, we could not have had a more amazing time.

Bettina's house far exceeded our expectations. It's in the most incredible setting just above a beach (no more than 10 seconds to the sand) but under the shady green of pine trees. The immediate area is buzzing with friendly people, cafe's, a restaurant/pizzeria but the house is peaceful with a lovely breeze that floats through all the windows. You cannot beat the sound of the sea lapping that you hear from every window. The sea is very clean and shallow so even the smallest of us had a lot of fun in the water. The mornings are very calm and in the afternoon the thermals pick up and the waves starting rolling in. We have four small children and the joy of being able to go up and down to the beach without all the hassle is priceless. Lovely long shady lunches on Bettina's terrace with the sea twinkling as the backdrop. The house itself is really spacious and whilst it's simple in its decoration it is just perfect for unwinding away from all the usual rhythms of life. We were there for two weeks and could easily have spent another week or two. We visited some fabulous places in the area too with a car. It was a perfect balance between a little bit of culture for us oldies and endless hours of beach fun: snorkelling, chatting to early morning fishermen, hiring pedalos, eating spaghetti vongole at the beach cafe, delicious ice creams, and of course sunbathing. Thank you Bettina for entrusting your beautiful beach house to us and taking care of our needs so well. We really hope we can return one day!

Gut ausgestattete Lido’s sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort am Strand. Das geräumige Haus überzeugt mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung, schnellem Internet und einem hohen Maß an Sicherheit. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief sehr angenehm und schnell – sie war stets hilfsbereit. Die ruhige Umgebung und die entspannte Atmosphäre machen es zu einem idealen Rückzugsort für Familien, die Erholung und Spaß suchen.
