Vacation in the Vulkaneifel - a 12 minutes drive from the A1, no "through traffic" and super quiet. 10 minutes to reach Gerolstein and yet so central that there are plenty of hiking opportunities. And you are in 45 minutes in Koblenz or in 30min in the Moselle Valley

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

A newly renovated holiday home approx. 17th century ground floor + upper floor is rented. The holiday home is located in Alf and is only a few minutes about 80 meters from the Moselle. The cozy, open living and dining area invites you to relax. The ground floor and upper floor together have a living space of approx. 70m2. Suitable for 4 people! The bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet are on the upper floor. Sleeps 1x double bed 1x sofa bed on the ground floor for 2 people.

The house is called a dwarf school and is the annex of the "Alte Schule Kirmutscheid", which is listed on the inside and outside, is almost 200 years old. It is located away in the forest and is interesting for nature lovers, walkers, visitors to the nearby Nürbrugring and for lovers of historic buildings. A custom country kitchen with 2 induction hobs and a small oven, as well as a dishwasher, spacious shower room, wall and underfloor heating leave nothing to be desired in modern comfort in a historic setting. Tiled stove - private terrace - genuine terracotta flooring and solid oak planks - visible truss and beamed ceilings
