Über die großzügige Terrasse sind es nur wenige Meter zum Sandstrand von Pelzerhaken. Mittelpunkt der Wohnung stellt der große Wohnessbereich mit Meerblick dar, mit vollausgestatteter Küche, Eichen- Esstisch, großem Ecksofa und Flachbildfernseher. Spacious, bright and quiet 2-room apartment (48 m²) with every comfort for a few relaxing days by the sea. The beach is just a five-minute walk away through the private park. The large balcony (24 m²) faces southwest and gets the sun from noon until evening, inviting you to sunbathe or enjoy a leisurely breakfast or dinner. A private parking space for the car is included in the price. Use of the tennis court is free of charge; the swimming pool can be used for a small fee.

Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.
