Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books for all tastes.

Haus is located in a very quiet location in the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. It is 10 km to Lake Schaalsee, 5 km to Lake Neuenkirchen, to the Baltic Sea 50 km (traffic jam-free!!!). The house can be started directly to bike rides, on adjacent hiking trails. On the very natural property there is also a swimming pond. The house is very bright and quiet. I also paint there and write and so there is a large easel available. Pets have generous time.
