Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

Within walking distance of the Franz Marc Museum and the surrounding mountains, Lake Kochel and the town center. The Kristalltherme Trimini can also be reached quickly. Kochel am See not only invites you to cycle, hike and swim, but even Munich can be reached with good connections. Tourist tax contributions are already included in the price.
