Charming gîte for peace and nature lovers!

For those looking for peace and nature, this is the right place. You are in the middle of nature with hectares of forest in the backyard. What used to be a stable is now a charming gîte. A typical house in the Ardennes with a lot of intimacy, minutes from the Formula 1 circuit. As a fanatical trailer, I know the forest in the backyard like the back of my hand. I can recommend any walking and hiking enthusiast to "get lost" there once. It is of course also suitable for mountain bikers.

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

The rustic stone house features large windows that provide views of the surrounding nature. A paved area leads to the entrance, while two sun loungers are positioned on the well-maintained lawn, inviting relaxation in the outdoors.

Stone house (old restored farmhouse) with an exceptional view of the valley. The house is very comfortable, well equipped with its large open fire comforting for long winter evenings. Located in a small cul-de-sac village, very quiet and 10 metres from the woods and departures for pretty marked walks. A good breath of fresh air in the heart of nature with a multitude of activities nearby: hiking, mountain biking, Hautes Fagnes, thermal baths of Spa, Golf, Circuit de Francorchamps, etc.
