Our house Laxerlehen can be reached in just 5 minutes by car from Berchtesgaden train station. Surrounded by magnificent surroundings with meadows and forests and at the entrance to the imposing mountains of the Berchtesgaden National Park, our mountain farm is located at an average altitude of 800 m.

Our cozy, newly renovated house in Hallein is in a quiet location with its own entrance. It has a living area of 150 m² and can therefore accommodate groups or families of up to 8 people. The house is located 4 km from Hallein and only 7 km from the festival city of Salzburg and is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop ( 400 m ). For athletes Sports center Rif is 2 km from the house Parking places for your cars are available directly in front of the house.

Fantastic mountain idyll, wonderful view of Hoher Göll, Watzmann, Kalter Untersberg,..., all day sun, a very special place. It is not for nothing that the opening sequence of "Sound of Music" was shot here... bathroom, kitchen high quality and new, amenities cozy and traditional. Suitable for families with children or a family with grandparents. Note: 2 beds are cribs (185 x 855), one bedroom is a passageway. Chickens, sheep, cats, bullerbü on the mountains!

Our quiet apartment (37m²), overlooking the Tennen Mountains, offers direct access to the ski area and our cross-country trails. In summer, you can reach the paraglider landing site and numerous walking and hiking trails in just 2 minutes walking time. The town center and a swimming lake are only 1.5 km away. Restaurants and inns are also very close. Enjoy the magnificent mountain scenery at the foot of the Tennen Mountains. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Our apartment with garden is located at the foot of the Tennen Mountains and Hohenwerfen Castle. (Near the train) The 65 square meter garden apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed as well as a large living-dining room with a double bed on a platform. The kitchen is fully equipped, from the fridge to the toaster to the coffee maker. The bathroom features a rain shower and a separate bathtub. A large garden and separate entrance complete the apartment.

The Alpeltalhütte, which has existed since 1919, has been completely renovated by us and now offers six wonderful, modern apartments built with natural raw materials. Here you can walk right from the front door and start your adventure around the Berchtesgaden mountains.

Welcome to the tower house – your cozy retreat near Königssee! On 60 square meters, the charming cottage offers a living room with sofa corner, dining area and fully equipped kitchen as well as a modern bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms with box spring beds. A furnished terrace overlooking the Hoher Göll and the Jenner invites you to relax. The Jennerbahn is at the doorstep, the boat dock to St. Bartholomä is a 12-minute walk!

Die Wohnung haben wir auf einzigartiger Weise selbst geplant und gebaut . Sie liegt sehr zentral und doch in ruhiger Lage. Eine Skibushaltestelle ist wenige Meter hinter unserem Haus. In nur fünf Gehminuten erreicht man das Stadtzentum. Wir sind im Mittelpunkt unzähliger namhafter Skigebiete (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) aber auch im Sommer ist dadurch sehr viel geboten!
