The adjoining open kitchen has an oversized ceramic hob and high-quality kitchen equipment with all appliances. Cooking can become a shared experience… On the same floor are the parents' area with bedroom, bathroom with whirlpool tub and extra shower room as well as the guest bathroom and the youth room. All rooms have direct access to the surrounding 50 sqm terrace. In the house on the ground floor with exit to the garden there is a children's room with bunk bed, a games room and a children's bathroom with rain shower.
