Good afternoon, We are renting out our renovated (August 2024) apartment. New furniture, new kitchen, new bathroom, new floor. We believe you will have a good time here on the sunny side of Schramberg. The pedestrian zone of Schramberg is about 8-minute walk, the spa park is about 4 minutes away. Junghans Museum, car museums, diesel and railway museum can also be found in Schramberg. And of course the Black Forest, which invites you to hike, bike and relax. We look forward to it!

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

It is located in a quiet, rural area between the Swabian Alb and the central Black Forest. A supermarket is a 5-minute walk. There is also a bakery, a café and vending machines selling, among other things, fresh eggs, milk, meat, etc., from local producers.
