Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. Quiet, idyllic 4-room apartment, 81 sqm, with parking, indulges in magnificent panoramic views on all sides. The modern layout is filled with natural light and stylishly furnished with love. It is extensively equipped and highly comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. A beautiful garden invites you to linger. Hiking and cycling trails run in front of the house. You can reach the city in just 10 minutes. The area spoils you with splendid landscapes, numerous attractions, and culinary venues.

Little flat in the countryside

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house in 1890. The small village of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feed goats or hike together, cuddly hangovers and all kinds of more.

Charming apartment in the Black Forest!

It´s a complete separate flat with space for up to 5 people + 1 Baby (+ 1 person on the coach) located in the middle of nature. 2012 we renovated the flat with handmade wooden furniture. The farm is just next door- you´re welcome to have a look! Important: It is very quiet here and located outside the village, you need a car to get here. No Wifi in the flat! Perfect for nature lovers and hiking people.
