Our stay was just perfect! The place was exactly as described, clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and we felt right at home from the start. Everything was extremely friendly and accommodating. Even before our arrival, we had a very nice contact, and during our stay, someone was always available if we had questions. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and easily. Particularly noteworthy is the attention to detail in the place. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on comfort and a feel-good atmosphere here. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back any time. Thank you for the great hospitality! We highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely time staying at the property. Everything was as described. The space is stylishly decorated. Communication was friendly and quick. Shopping facilities are in walking distance.

I was traveling there for business If you want to relax in the evening or do something else, this is the absolute place. Been to his place three times and will come back.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Alyssa and Sebastian were super responsive and helpful the entire stay and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The pictures of the place don’t do how beautiful it is justice. Everything was clean and in perfect condition and all amenities were fully explained. Alyssa even made sure to provide translations for accessibility. All in all an amazing place and people! I’m already planning a trip back!

Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting with all the amenities! We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Oliver and Sabrina’s place. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and the surrounding countryside was perfect for daily walks. Oliver and Sabrina were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Dominik’s parents live in the front part of the house - absolutely charming, friendly and helpful. House is in a v small street in the centre. It has a blue door and is next to the Lutheran church. Need to drop off luggage there and then park but quite easy to do. House has its own front door. Nice garden with big banana plants. Kitchen, living room all good and well equipped. Downstairs bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs. This is a beautiful part of Germany in the wine region. Lots of wine bars within a few minutes walk. Also lovely bakery! Supermarket 10 mins walk. Worth a trip up to the castle - great views from the top. Fantastic walks and cycle paths through the forest and vineyards. Beautiful villages with lots of pretty, old buildings. Although in centre of the town, it was very quiet. We would love to return.

The house is spacious, very cozy and very well equipped. Also the garden and terrace are wonderful. We can recommend Anja's cottage all around.

The cottage is in a beautiful location surrounded by nature, at the end of a sparsely populated road that leads up into the forest. There are very nice paths and views of our valley, it is very quiet and just very calming to look out the window and only see nature. Inside it is very cozily furnished and everything we needed was already there, even the basics for washing and cooking. The shower is so great and the beds very cozy, I slept incredibly peacefully there. Dominique was responsive to all questions and always very friendly and accommodating. The underfloor heating was the candy and the landscape balm for the soul. I think we'll be back, it was just a fantastic getaway, with everything our heart desired.

We were there with a group of 6 adults and 3 children. The house is very spacious and very attractively furnished. The bedrooms are large, the 3 bathrooms clean and in the kitchen it has everything you need. There are huge tables in the dining room and a large covered outdoor area with large table and lounge. The reception was great with a small basket of attentions. The accommodation is highly recommended and also with children no problem, as the hallway to the stairs is equipped with doors. It was really great. I'd love to come back!

Very friendly and fast communication. It all worked out. A homemade delicious jam glass complete the reception. Super basic amenities available. Everything is fine and happy to come back :-)

We stayed for a short break with our dog in this great apartment. From the beginning, we felt very comfortable. From the precise directions, to your own parking space right outside the door to the super nice reception at check-in, everything went perfectly from the beginning. Ralf is a perfect host and always available for any questions. The apartment is very cozy and super equipped with everything you need. The highlight is of course the large hot tub, which you can really use 24/7. The location is perfect. There are a lot of shops available. Many of them are within walking distance. A great starting point for excursions. With dog ideal, as you have a beautiful garden part with you and can make wonderful gas laps right from the house. We were completely satisfied and would come back. Thank you for the hospitality.

Lovely place to stay! We enjoyed many of the design elements of the home. Lots of storage and a big kitchen and balcony! Also really loved the large windowsills.

A really great vacation rental. Super equipped. Very clean. We felt very comfortable. We didn't miss anything: there was even water, coffee, tea and lemonade. Within walking distance of everything important.

Nice apartment with plenty of space and equipped with everything you need. The location is great for exploring the Palatinate - well-known wine towns such as Deidesheim, Bad Dürkheim, Wachenheim, Forst or Neustadt can be reached within a few minutes by car, and it is also not far to the Southern Palatinate. If you want to go hiking, you can also quickly reach the Palatinate Forest. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Niederkirchen, the landlords Wolfgang and Ellen were very friendly and accommodating and responded quickly to messages. Even in winter, the basement apartment is nice and warm thanks to the underfloor heating. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back - thank you!
