The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

You can get to Central Station in 55 minutes without changing trains. The guests have a parking space in front of the house, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The S-Bahn connection can be reached in 8 minutes by bus. In the immediate vicinity, a bakery, butcher and pizzeria can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Lake Karlsfeld is 1.3 km away and is an oasis of tranquility. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. Our modern furnished apartment in a quiet location is located in the district of Dachau. The proximity to Munich and the good S-Bahn connection (15-20 minutes walk from the apartment to the train station) in our town is ideal for trade fair visitors and vacationers. It allows them to reach Marienplatz Munich in 35 minutes. It is also interesting for employees of Krauss Maffai, MTU, MAN, who can reach them by S-Bahn in about 15-20 minutes.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
