Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Schwabing-West

We were in Munich due to a trade fair visit and were therefore looking for a place with which we could easily commute by public transport. There were four of us and everyone had their space. We would choose the place again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

We spent Xmas and New Year at this house. Cornelia is such a great host. The house has everything we needed for our family! It was an amazing experience!

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

Such a beautiful home! We had our family reunion here and everything was so perfect. The home was clean and spotless. It had everything that we needed. It had beautiful furniture and decor , and felt very spacious! There was a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and heated floors for the cold weather. Our kids loved the fenced in front and backyard and spent a lot of time playing outdoors. It was very safe. It was a nice and quiet area, but had plenty of restaurants, grocery stores , and the train station within walking distance. Sabine was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back again the next time we go to Germany. Thank you for the hospitality!

We spent a very nice week with the family in the great villa and felt very comfortable. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. The house is very idyllic from the outside area to the furnishings and it is quietly located. We lacked nothing. We were warmly welcomed by Alex and his mother and we could also contact them at any time. The house is located close to Lake Ammersee, which we could easily reach on foot. We can give at least 5 stars and wish the other guests such a nice time in Villa Matilda and a good rest. Many thanks to Angela, Alex and his mother!

Mario & Nicole's place was wonderful! Very spacious and clean and in the perfect location. They are right by the water, so I even took a morning dip in the lake! Everything was perfect and they were very communicative. I would absolutely recommend this place to someone else and would love to come back at some point for another stay! Thank you Mario & Nicole!

A perfect place to stay! I am an experienced Airbnb host and also guest and immediately felt comfortable and at home in Walburgis's accommodation. Everything you could possibly need is available. The warm welcome and the equally warm farewell have always made me feel right where I am. :) From booking up to check-out, everything was perfect! I will be happy to come back.

It was a perfect place for a couple to stay. The parking space, kitchen, sofa, shower facilities, washing machine, and dryer made everything very convenient. The location is ideal for visiting attractions around Munich. The host gave us kind and clear instructions, which made our stay even more pleasant. We really appreciated the capsule coffee they provided separately and the recommendation for a nice walking trail nearby. Highly recommended to other guests!

I had booked the apartment for my parents who felt very comfortable. Due to its location in the backyard, the apartment is quiet, although it is in lively surroundings. The property is very spacious and stylish and cozy. Communication with Laura was very pleasant, all my questions were responded to quickly.

Matthias was a great host! The place was clean and easy to find. It was close by car to everything we needed. If you have a car, parking can be difficult at times, but the location was so quiet and peaceful it made up for the small walk. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again next time we visit Munich.

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Very nice apartment, we especially liked the location on the Flaucher:) Nevertheless, you are also quickly in the city center by bus. In the apartment, especially the balcony is very nice and good equipment with coffee maker, etc.

We enjoyed the stay in the modern, clean and tastefully decorated apartment. The Nespresso machine and the direct view of the countryside were also great, so the living space was nice and bright. There is a fence around the chic balcony, so our dog could also feel comfortable and safe outside. Also as a small family with a dog a feel-good oasis, thank you!

Previous reviews do not adequately capture the excellence of this establishment. It is truly remarkable. Several notable aspects not mentioned in other reviews include: 1. The bathroom is exceptional, boasting beautiful aesthetics, impressive water pressure, and a washer and dryer that surpass any we've encountered in Europe. 2. The bedrooms are surprisingly equal in terms of amenities, despite one having a terrace and another having a TV, making room selection a relatively effortless process. 3. The hosts demonstrate exceptional responsiveness before, during, and after our stay. 4. A convenient door separates the living area from the bedrooms, featuring a large window that allows for visibility while minimizing noise disturbance. 5. When using the toilet in the smaller bathroom, it is advisable to utilize the courtesy flush option. 6. According to a local acquaintance, these condos are valued at over one million dollars and are situated in one of the wealthiest areas of town!

We truly enjoyed staying at Hubert's Lisl apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The A/C on the bedroom made the stay very comfortable in July and the washer and dryer in the basement were convenient and easy to use. Holzkirchen is about a 35 minute drive from Munich and being outside of the city made it easy for us to visit various parts of Bavaria: Salzburg (1hr 15 mins), Hallstatt (2 hrs), Neuschwanstein Castle (1 hr 45 mins), Berchtesgaden (1 hr 15 mins), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (1 hr 15 mins), and Innsbruck (1 hr 45 mins). There are supermarkets, restaurants and a McDonalds in Holzkirchen. It is actually located in Foching, a 5 minute drive from downtown Holzkirchen. It is very peaceful and has a rural feel. Hubert's instructions were easy and communication was always quick. We made wonderful memories of our stay and were very happy with our choice.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal for daytrips to Munich or the region south of Munich towards the Alps. A very important feature was the very comfortable bed !

The house is exactly as advertised. It is located in a calm and clean neighborhood and has a very quiet environment. The house has an extraordinary view of greenery from the balcony. It's amazing to start your day with coffee on the balcony with the sound of the birds. Germany weather is cold and hard only :)

We felt extremely comfortable and would have preferred to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need is sufficiently available. Our kids loved it too. We will be very happy to come back if we are around. We had a very good stay in Fürstenfeldbruck in Verena's apartment, where we quickly felt comfortable. For us, the location was ideal after visiting FFB and we wanted to have our own space as a family. The apartment is as described. In addition to the cozy couch, we also liked the bathroom. The communication was great and Verena was also proactive and took extra photos herself to explain something to us (without us asking for extra photos) - that was great!

We had a great stay! The location allowed for a family with adolescents some private space and a great location 😊 We would recommend!
