Unser Apartment Three bietet Ihnen einem besonderes Erlebnis. Ein Wohlfühlbad mit Oberlicht, ein offener Schlafbereich und ein Wohnbereich mit Küche wird Ihnen die Zeit bei uns angenehm machen. Zwei Flat TV und W-LAN stehen zur Verfügung, Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. Ein Parkplatz ist kostenfrei. Unser Haus ist im Stadtteil Bettenhausen gelegen, die Innenstadt erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten. Eine Buslinie fährt 200m vor dem Haus. Welcome in Appart Three.

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. Sauna & hot tub must be booked on request. (€80) Both are fired with wood. (No high electricity costs) Firewood for this must be brought along or can be booked with our house gardener incl. Delivery to the house can be booked for €40. Bed linen cover (standard size) must be brought along or can be booked with our property manager for €15.00 including towels. Electricity is calculated according to usage. 55ct/kwh.

A warm welcome to our lovingly furnished studio, which features a small kitchenette, a bathroom and a sauna – perfect for relaxing after trips to the city or into nature. The apartment is in a very quiet location in the countryside overlooking the Hercules. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach various shopping and trams towards the city center and Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. The studio can also be reached from Wilhelmshöhe train station in a few minutes by tram.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

House on the wild Aar 16 people

Haus am Wilde Aar can accommodate up to 16 people. This vacation home is part of a half-timbered farmhouse from 1880 that was completely renovated and modernized in 2015. The vacation home has a large garden directly on the stream and is very suitable for families and friends with children. You can enjoy the tranquility and beautiful surroundings during your stay. Thanks to the spacious layout of the house, you can enjoy plenty of privacy and relax together.

Welcome to Villa Diemelsee – This luxurious holiday oasis is located in a secluded location surrounded by green forests and the clear waters of Diemelsee. Build in 1717 by the Prince of Waldeck, the historical monument water mill lies lonely in the midst of dreamlike nature in the natural reserve Wattertal. Affectionately restored, we offer you 6 dreamlike rooms for your holidays, seminars or events.
