Quiet accommodation on the edge of the field near the natural lake

The vacation apartment (60 m²) is located about 13 km from downtown Kassel. There is a very good connection to public transport. The Regio-Tram [regional tram] runs directly to the city center of Kassel in 20 minutes. The Regional Express runs directly to Wilhelmshöhe train station in 11 minutes. The train station is about 600 m away. The apartment is in the basement of the house and has a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed as well as kitchen and bathroom. There is also a private terrace.

Lean back & relax... Our one-room apartment was created only with natural building materials. With a lot of love for detail, I have processed natural slate & oak wood here. The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." With a lot of architectural and craftsmanship, a 300-year-old old town house has become a real gem. 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a cozy living/dining area with fireplace, 2 toilets, 2 showers and an extra bathroom on 4 floors provide plenty of space for vacationing.

The house "Bella Vista" is located on a viewing terrace above the lake. In this Mediterranean furnished panoramic apartment, the incredible view over Lake Edersee dominates the castle of Waldeck, and the mountain ranges of the Kellerwald- Edersee National Park. The panoramic views of the lake are opened via an 8 m long, floor-to-ceiling window front, even from the bedroom you can look out onto the lake from the bed. The apartment is top equipped and is rented from May 2022.

The apartment-sunny side is located on the southern slope on the outskirts of Fuldatal Simmershausen. It is a whole apartment (approx. 72 square meters) with balcony (approx. 12 square meters) on the 2nd floor. From the apartment and balcony you have a wonderful distant view to the landmark of Kassel, "the Hercules." The center of Kassel can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Bus stops (buses run every 15-20 minutes) can be reached in 5 minutes.

The apartment in the Hasen-Haus is located not far from Lake Affoldern, right at the entrance to the Kellerwald National Park – the perfect start to wonderful hikes. It is about 2 km to Lake Edersee. Around the lake there are countless leisure activities for all ages: the wildlife park, the summer toboggan run, a treetop trail, the climbing park, bike tours, water sports and swimming on and in the lake, a canoe tour on the Eder and much more.

Relaxation & recreation in the newly renovated Wanderlust apartment. In addition to a TV in each bedroom, there is a fully automatic coffee machine, a fridge with ice cube dispenser and a pellet stove for the winter. Enjoy the evening sun on the large balcony and a view of the mountains of the Sauerland. The whole apartment has underfloor heating. I am also happy to provide drinks and food for the day of arrival.
