There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

The small village is located in an idyllic side valley, where you can expect unspoiled nature, quaint farms and secluded mountain peaks. The apartment is in the basement (basement) of the house and has its own entrance incl. Parking. "Lilly Fein" is lovingly decorated, has a new and fully equipped kitchen and has a storage oven with a viewing window for romantic hours.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof and has a covered 19 m² balcony, which extends over the entire length of the apartment with a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains.

If you've always wanted to know how people used to live in the Zillertal, then you can get an idea of it here: Much is original. We have only added a little comfort, so that you can, for example, take a warm shower without having to heat up beforehand... ;-) In our garden you can spend wonderful summer days, go shopping or eat right in the village and the ski resorts are also very close...

Erlebe einen tollen Aufenthalt im Haus Sandstein! Das Haus besticht vor allem durch die Einrichtung aus Altholz, das von den ehemaligen Stallungen erhalten blieb und wieder verwendet wurde. Im Erdgeschoss liegen die zwei Schlafzimmer, das große Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche und IR-Kabine, sowie ein separates WC. Im Obergeschoss empfängt Dich ein offener Wohn-Ess-Bereich mit Kaminofen und eine große Terrasse mit Liege- und Sitzgelegenheiten.

2,60€ Ortstaxe wird pro Person/pro Tag vor Ort verrechnet. Direkt in der Nähe der Talstation Horbergbahn, die in das Skigebiet Mayrhofen/ Mountopolis. Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und sonnigen Lage. Jedoch können sie das Zentrum (wie zum Beispiel Mayrhofen) in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, mit der Bahn oder mit dem Auto erreichen. Die Unterkunft bietet auch eine versperrbare Garage für Ski und einen Skischuhtrockner.
