Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the old grain distillery and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

The spacious double bed can be reached via a small staircase (ceiling height here only 1.60 m). The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge and coffee maker. About 15 minutes walking distance from Elberfeld train station and city center, the separately accessible apartment is located in the DG of our two-family house, surrounded by gardens and close to the edge of the forest. It has Wi-Fi, sat TV, DVD player DVD player and parking on our property with private charging facility (wallbox 22 kW) for electric cars.
