The lovingly newly renovated vacation home is located near the Roxheimer Altrhein and has 5 rooms, on 110 square meters, with fitted kitchen and bathroom. Due to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby federal highways A6 and A61, the local recreation area Silbersee, the railway connection on the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim, with around 10,000 inhabitants, has become a very popular residential and holiday resort.

The quiet 33 sqm garden house is located in the garden of my residential building, and has a separate access/ entrance. The bed size is 140x200 cm, please note when booking for 2 people! At ground level is the living room with couch, mini kitchen and sitting area. The bed on the gallery is accessed via a comfortable ladder. The large bathroom is also a dressing room. After many conversions and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms ( 2 with doors and one with curtain), plus fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many many books.
