New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Accommodation located 5 min drive from Futuroscope Park and Aquascope or 25 min walk, 55 min from Center Parcs "Le Bois aux Daims", 15 min from Poitiers. Quick access from the A10 – exit 28, 3 minutes from the toll. All local amenities within a 5-minute drive (shopping mall, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants...) Refurbished accommodation located in the basement of the house. The ground floor of the house is also available for rent. Pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation.

Nous vous accueillons avec plaisir dans cet ancien grenier réaménagé en 2023. Profitez des vieilles pierres, de la petite terrasse ensoleillée et du jardin semi-ombragé. "Le Grenier", studio de 20m² environ, vous propose une partie salon avec canapé, table haute, kitchenette équipée, un vrai lit (140x190), grande douche (140x80), WC séparés. Pensez à réserver nos bocaux repas, planche et petit déjeuner si besoin. Une petite pause au calme à la campagne !

Maison Colombine (4/6 pers cottage)

The "maison Colombine" offers a peaceful stay for the whole family in a small country village. Small stone house completely refurbished, a stone's throw from the forest, close to Futuroscope, the park of St Cyr... Close to the highway. Small extras: beds made on arrival, linen available, you just have to put your bags down. Possibility to have breakfast on site (see cond) and to play, drink, sit down, eat... at the fun bar l'Arcane next door! 🤗

Grémillon, a Break in Haut-Poitou

Treat yourself to an original stay, in the hilly countryside, inside a stone outbuilding. The refurbished accommodation is built on an old troglodyte quarry and near the vineyards of Haut-Poitou. You have 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a bathroom and a private terrace with garden. Halfway between Poitiers and Châtellerault, 12 min from Futuroscope and 8 min from Lake St Cyr, access is quick from the A10 or the D910.

Our apartment is located on the ground floor of an old mill, located by the river. The hamlet is 2 km from Châtellerault Sud, highway exit, just before the Futuroscope. It's a very quiet place, surrounded by greenery and located by the river. The Vienne department is rich in tourist attractions. The apartment is quiet surrounded by greenery, warm and completely redone with nice amenities. The owners will be there to welcome guests

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Small atypical house 16 km from the futuroscope

Small stone house on three floors. Close to the futuroscope, center parc... It is ideal for two people. A quiet and relaxing place in the countryside. I provide bed linens, for towels I can provide them for an extra 5 euros. Small note, the stairs are steep (miller's ladders) and the kitchen ceiling is a bit low. For coffee fans I have a Senseo, I leave some pods available.
