The apartment of about 31 square meters consists of a living and sleeping room with sofa bed, a smaller work and sleeping room with a single bed, a bathroom (shower and toilet) and direct access to a pretty garden terrace.

The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Public transport connection to Göttingen via buses and trains (in 9 minutes the train is at Göttingen train station)

The basement apartment is located in a 2-family house and has its own entrance. 1 child up to 12 years is free!

If necessary, we will gladly provide 1 crib and 1 high chair. The whole area is approx. 30 square meters. Parking is possible right outside the front door.

Shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity.

The property is located in the center of Göttingen and is quickly accessible from the train station at 650 meters. Shopping for everyday needs is possible in the shortest distance. As well as strolling through the colorful Göttingen city center. Restaurant, cafes are easily accessible, as well as culture in the form of theater, cinema, clubs..... In this accommodation there is the adventure playground directly adjacent to the cottage. The children can play carefree, while the family can enjoy the peace on the terrace. The nature outdoor swimming pool is located three minutes walk from the holiday home. The Harz is also within half an hour. Note: Pool & Sanua can be used from 12/1/25, currently this section is still under construction

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.
