Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

The lovingly furnished basement apartment is located in the southern district of Göttingen right on the edge of the forest. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a large kitchen with sitting area, bathroom with shower and toilet. It has a large beautiful bedroom with sitting area (baby cot if needed), and a living room with modern sofa bed. In front of the entrance is a small cozy terrace.

Hello:) Here you can feel at home! The apartment on the fourth floor - also easily accessible by elevator - is characterized by modern amenities and a comfortable interior design. In addition to a spacious living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedroom and bathroom with bathtub/shower, a balcony with beautiful views over the city is at your disposal. Our apartment is on two levels.

A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.
