Far from the hustle and bustle of the village, surrounded by meadows and fields, is our apartment on a historic mill farm. First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

Our cosy log cabin was built in 2020, is fully furnished, and can accommodate 4 people. Located at the entrance to the village on a typical village street, it is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Shops, nature and places to visit are within easy reach. Our adjoining large meadow, with bushes and fruit trees, lies on the edge of the nature conservation area and the Seeanger. Lake Seeburg, which offers dining options, can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Floor-to-ceiling windows - living in nature. Working is also possible ;-) Otherwise, hiking, cycling, sauna, hanging out... Parking space for motorhomes (up to 8 meters) available. Small stream, large attic floor. A mixture of old and modern. No immediate neighbors.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.
