The high-quality designed architectural house was built 14 years ago and has a small garden with its own area for the guests. The apartment is accessed via a shared entrance and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining area, 1-2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/washer-dryer.

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. Cozy attic apartment for two in the center of Seefeld, just three minutes away from the train station and bus stop. The apartment, consisting of an anteroom, bathroom and living room (kitchen, dining area, sofa, double bed, wardrobe, TV), was completely renovated in 2018. NOTE: - The apartment is on the 3rd floor & there is no elevator! - The underground parking space is quite narrow, unfortunately we cannot offer an alternative.
