The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. In the combined living/dining room there is a sofa bed and a TV. Through this room you enter the modern shower room. The 2 bedrooms have a large double bed and a single bed.

Nestled in a quiet green courtyard, you will find numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets just a short walk away.
