The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Welcome to my unique and stylish city oasis perfectly located in between the hip districts of Sternschanze and Eimsbüttel. The charming 56m2 house is a former artist studio which offers the perfect combination of urban flair and tranquility. The house impresses above all with its amazing location. Nestled in a quiet green courtyard, you will find numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets just a short walk away.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway right on the Elbe Cycle Path. The house is located just outside Hamburg directly on the Elbe. It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.

Our vacation home on the Pulverbach is in a very quiet street directly by the forest. It has about 90 square meters. You have a terrace to linger and a garden at your disposal. The bus stop with direct connection to Hamburg is only 5 minutes away. The heath and the Heidschnuckenweg are also close by. For your bike there is a covered parking space that is not visible, right at the front door.
