The garden is fully enclosed and the property is rented for the exclusive use of the Tenant. The villa has a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a comfortable living room and is fully air-conditioned. Ideal location for this beautiful 57 m2 2-bedroom air-conditioned house, in the heart of a quiet and unoverlooked subdivision, with a great view of the pine forest.
