We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was fully equipped and we didn’t miss anything. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Overall, we felt very much at home and would definitely recommend this place!

L’appartement de Miro est totalement conforme à la description et aux photos. Miro est un hôte très accueillant, ça a été un plaisir de le rencontrer. Les +++ : * Nous n’avons jamais eu un appartement aussi propre ! * Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin et même plus (huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre, épices, sucre, café, thé, cotons à démaquiller, cotons-tiges etc …). Et même des attentions ! * Cela peut paraître un détail mais n’en est pas un : les serviettes de toilettes sont de couleurs différentes, c’est tellement pratique quand on est quatre (et elles sentent très bon) ! * Le garage ! Certes j’ai connu plus facile pour garer la voiture mais avec les conseils de Miro aucun problème ! (Pour donner un ordre d’idée aux futurs voyageurs nous avons un BMW X1) * Malgré le fait que l’appartement n’est pas au centre-ville, le bus est au coin de la rue et le tramway à quelques minutes de marche. Nous recommandons cet appartement à 100 % !

Alloggio molto spazioso e completo di tutto l' occorrente per più persone.. Pulito e ordinato. Molto vicina la fermata della metro U1 che collega i principali punti della città. Parcheggiato la nostra auto sotto l' alloggio e al sicuro dentro l'abiazione del propietario. Host molto gentile che si è reso disponibile sia per accoglierci di persona, sia per salutarci di persona. Esperienza ottima, lo consiglio.

Schöne und ansprechende Wohnung im 12ten. Sauber und gepflegt, hell und gut ausgestattet. Ansprechendes Badezimmer und gute Betten. Fotos und Beschreibungen entsprechen der Realität. Wir sind gerne für 10 Tage dort gewesen und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Great apartment, clean and spacious. Area is a bit secluded but easily accessible from the metro.

Érdről érkeztünk vonattal a bécsi főpályaudvarra, ahonnan két megálló S-Bahnnal a Meidling állomás, a szállás közvetlen közelségében. Kicsit elidőztünk a Hauptbahnhofon, míg kitaláltuk milyen bérletet vegyünk, végül 7 napos Vienna City Cardot vettünk 35 euróért, ami közlekedési bérletet és belépő kedvezményeket tartalmazott a legtöbb nevezetességre. Három éjszakát töltöttünk Evelyn szállásán, amely kifogástalan volt: rendezett, igényes, tiszta és kellemes. A lakás teljesen felszerelt, semmit nem nélkülöztünk. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Külön említést érdemel a lakás remek elhelyezkedése, ami könnyű megközelíthetőséget jelent metróval, villamossal és S-Bahnnal. Így pár perces közelségbe kerül a belváros, a Schönbrunn és a Hauptbahnhof. Közvetlenül a lakás mellett található egy Billa bolt, ahol minden étel, ital beszerezhető. A környék csendes, nyugodt, szomszédokkal alig találkoztunk. Evelyn előzékeny, kedves, információkkal segít, gyorsan válaszol. Köszönjük Evelyn!

War ein schöner Aufenthalt, reichlich Platz. Der Umgang mit dem Holzofen soll geübt sein, sonst am besten nachfragen. Auch die Gegend war ganz ansprechend. Reinhard war auch sehr zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung war für vier Personen gut ausreichend, die beiden Bäder perfekt für zwei Paare. Die Küche war ausreichend, gut eingerichtet und mit einer Schere und einem kleinen Obstmesser wäre sie perfekt gewesen. Die Lage war optimal: Die Bushaltestelle und der Lebensmittelladen waren gerade um die Ecke. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zuhausig, in allem und bestem Sinn. Die Einrichtung ist ausgesucht für offenbar nicht nur Besuch. Die Räume sind so hoch, wie Wien es beträumt und der Fenster sind viele. Mit Hochparterre am Park ist auch spätabends keine Grabesstille zu erwarten. Das ist sehr hübsch lebendig und nur bei sehr leichtem Schlaf eine Erwägung wert. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gern wieder.

Fabulous accomodation !! Lukas and Karin are super super hosts. We have had the most memorable stay especially being my 60th birthday 🎂 🍾 Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, a 10 min drive to the train station getting you into the heart of Vienna in about 15-20 mins. Supermarket 5 mins up the road and parking in the street front. Spotlessly clean with all amenities, the most awesome fluffy bath sheets !! Great recommendations and always quick to respond. Ian loved his golf game aswell, thanks Lukas. Highly recommend and would love to return.

Great apartment in the heart of Simmering next to metro, trams and all the stores and services you need! I relocated here and lived at Sabine's place while looking for a long term place. A big living room and cosy bedroom, kitchen well equipped. Sabine was extra supportive of me as a new comer to Vienna and went the extra mile as to make this transition smoothly, by sending her employee to help with with postal issues, providing cat products due to delayed orders and giving me priority for extending my stay. The price is good and the fast line 3 takes you to the center in 15-20 minutes. Internet was sufficient for my online work and my cat also felt at home. Very recommended.

Elly is a super host. greeting with hot snaps amazing and a friendly atmosphere. my daughter understands how a place looks like as my family and I travel alot so she gives a thumbs up. only one slight thing Wi-Fi kept loosing connection. 👍🏽👍🏽.

We had a wonderful stay at Dr. Thomas' place. It was beautiful and comfortable, in a great location, with a friendly and responsive host.

Very nice and peaceful place, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and also very comfortable sofa to watch tv. In the garden, the Jacuzzi is brilliant after a long ski day . Definitely a comeback place for us !

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal bei Nikolaus für 1 Woche zu Gast. Wie auch beim ersten Mal war alles TOP! Unterkunft was super sauber, Nikolaus sehr gastfreundlich und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Meine vollste Empfehlung! Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, olyan a szállás, mint a képeken. Az élményt növeli a sok apró figyelmesség, mellyel otthonossá válik a szállás. Jó szívvel ajánlom mindenkinek.

Die Wohnung mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche war wie beschrieben. Flexibler und unkomplizierterCheck-in. Fragen wurden von Aleksander prompt und freundlich beantwortet. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

We hebben 3 heerlijke dagen gehad in het appartement. Het ligt zeer centraal in het centrum en toch heel rustig. Sliepen heerlijk en was heel gezellig thuiskomen. Voor een prettig verblijf is alles aanwezig. De host heeft ons blij verrast met lekkernijen. Kortom wij komen graag terug.

Everything was like described. The apartment is really cute and close to the center of the city. The only disadvantage for me is that there were stains at the couch, but other than that everything was ok!

Alles was man brauch. Bett sehr bequem. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
