We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was fully equipped and we didn’t miss anything. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Overall, we felt very much at home and would definitely recommend this place!

Our stay at Miro's place was really good. Apartment was clean, easily accesible by tram routes and had everything we needed and more. Miro and his wife kindly welcomed us in, showed us where to park our car and helped us carry our luggage to the aparment. Before and during our stay they were always quick to respond to every question we had. Also, our car battery died during our stay and our host helped us jumpstart our car. I would recommend this apartment to everyone. 👍👍

Very spacious and complete with everything you need for more people.. Clean and tidy. Very close to the U1 metro stop that connects the main points of the city. Parking our car under the property and safely inside the owner's abbey. Very kind host who has made himself available both to greet us in person and to greet us in person. Great experience, I recommend it.

Great apartment, clean and spacious. Area is a bit secluded but easily accessible from the metro.

We arrived by train from Érd to the main train station in Vienna, from which two stops with S-Bahn to Meidling station, in close proximity to the accommodation. We had a bit of time at the Hauptbahnhof, while we figured out what kind of pass to buy, we ended up buying a 7-day Vienna City Card for 35 euros, which included a transportation pass and admission discounts for most of the landmarks. We stayed at Evelyn's place for three nights, which was impeccable: tidy, sophisticated, clean, and pleasant. The apartment is fully equipped, we didn't miss anything. We had a great time. A special mention is the great location of the apartment, which means easy access by metro, tram and S-Bahn. So it takes a few minutes to downtown, Schönbrunn and Hauptbahnhof. There is a Billa shop right next to the apartment for all food, drinks. The neighborhood is quiet, calm, and we barely met neighbors. Evelyn is considerate, kind, helpful with information, quick to respond. Thanks Evelyn!

It was a great stay, plenty of space. The use of the wood-burning stove should be practiced, otherwise it is best to ask. The area was also very appealing. Reinhard was also very accommodating. Thank you!

The apartment was good enough for four people, the two bathrooms perfect for two couples. The kitchen was adequate, well furnished and with scissors and a small fruit knife it would have been perfect. The location was optimal: the bus stop and grocery store were just around the corner. We are happy to recommend the apartment.

We felt immediately comfortable with Stefan. Very individual furnishings, everything we needed was there in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. Description is correct, the pictures are also as we have experienced it. Everything very personal, very tasteful and perfect location for us: close to the MAIN TRAIN STATION, quiet environment, but within walking distance of the city (if you feel like walking through Vienna - 15 minutes to the Naschmarkt, which is almost around the corner!). We will be happy to come back!

Fabulous accomodation !! Lukas and Karin are super super hosts. We have had the most memorable stay especially being my 60th birthday 🎂 🍾 Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, a 10 min drive to the train station getting you into the heart of Vienna in about 15-20 mins. Supermarket 5 mins up the road and parking in the street front. Spotlessly clean with all amenities, the most awesome fluffy bath sheets !! Great recommendations and always quick to respond. Ian loved his golf game aswell, thanks Lukas. Highly recommend and would love to return.

Great apartment in the heart of Simmering next to metro, trams and all the stores and services you need! I relocated here and lived at Sabine's place while looking for a long term place. A big living room and cosy bedroom, kitchen well equipped. Sabine was extra supportive of me as a new comer to Vienna and went the extra mile as to make this transition smoothly, by sending her employee to help with with postal issues, providing cat products due to delayed orders and giving me priority for extending my stay. The price is good and the fast line 3 takes you to the center in 15-20 minutes. Internet was sufficient for my online work and my cat also felt at home. Very recommended.

Elly is a super host. greeting with hot snaps amazing and a friendly atmosphere. my daughter understands how a place looks like as my family and I travel alot so she gives a thumbs up. only one slight thing Wi-Fi kept loosing connection. 👍🏽👍🏽.

Very nice and peaceful place, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and also very comfortable sofa to watch tv. In the garden, the Jacuzzi is brilliant after a long ski day . Definitely a comeback place for us !

Super flat in quiet neighbourhood with kind and helpful host.

We stayed with Nikolaus for the second time for 1 week. As with the first time, everything was GREAT! Accommodation was super clean, Nikolaus very hospitable and we felt very comfortable there. My fullest recommendation! I would always book the place again.

We had 3 wonderful days in the apartment. It is very centrally located in the city center and yet very quiet. Slept wonderfully and was very cozy coming home. For a pleasant stay, everything is available. The host surprised us with treats. In short, we would like to come back.

Everything was like described. The apartment is really cute and close to the center of the city. The only disadvantage for me is that there were stains at the couch, but other than that everything was ok!
