The condo already knew, is excellent and has the best possible location in Itaipava. I can add that the apartment is one of the best there. Ample, very well decorated and with quality. Impeccable cleaning. Comfortable beds and bed and bath linens, idem. I recommend and we will return soon.

The condominium is wonderful We are delighted! We loved it so much that we extended our stay. The structure is spacious, surrounded by a lot of greenery, friendly staff, always ready to clarify our doubts. Petrópolis is a municipality that deserves to be explored beyond the Historical Center. We visited the Binot Orchidário which is in the Retiro neighborhood, 10 minutes away from the condominium. It is well worth knowing and the entrance is free. The Historic Center is around 25 minutes drive from the accommodation. A Feirinha de Itaipava is 15 minutes ago. And Itaipava Castle has been around for about 25 minutes. Ana Carolina's apartment is cozy and the hostess promptly answered my questions, indicated several restaurants, facilitated chekin/checkout. Anyway we love it!!

The super-smelling room, everything clean and tidy with varieties of items, microwave, Airfryer, cutlery etc; things that make us easy. The view of the room is very beautiful, with many mountains. The condominium is wonderful, reserved and quiet, well worth it! We wanted to stay longer because it's all very beautiful and cozy with a rustic aesthetic. We very much like the pool, sauna, the bed is super comfortable, only the ceiling fan that we do not use because we find it weak, but the air conditioning works well. We had no difficulty with the bathroom, it is small but everything is ok. It is easy to access for those who are going to use Uber or 99.

Our stay at this home was simply wonderful! Since the time of arrival, we have been greeted with great attention and cordiality. The host was extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed, which made us very calm. House is exactly like in pictures, or even better! All very clean, organized and with a cozy decoration that made us feel at home. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped, which made our family meals much easier. The main highlight was the outdoor area: safe for children to play, with space for everyone to relax and a great view! I recommend with closed eyes for family travellers. We will definitely return!!!

Well located house, well airy and very large space. All very clean and smelling bed linens. Mariana was a great host and we love the space , our children loved the condo ducklings and play on the lawn . Despite the cold the pool was clean , great grills and perfect location. Safe house for children . Congratulations !!

Great location, a lot of tranquility and in one of the city's main sights. I did not use the outside area (swimming pool and barbecue) but they are very cool facilities. I felt very comfortable and when necessary, Edvaldo proved very helpful. A single opportunity for improvement would be a better sanitization of the bathroom and dishware available in the kitchen. But the hosting set was positive and indicated for the other airbnb users.

I spent the New Year in this house and it was a great experience! The house was spotless, everything was very clean and tidy. Jorge was extremely attentive and quickly answered all questions, which made the stay even quieter. I recommend and will be back for sure!
