As a final complement, the apartment has a small terrace overlooking the Giralda, to enjoy the sunny days and the fantastic nights of our city. It has a cozy bedroom with a comfortable large double bed, bathroom, a living-dining room as a loft with a double sofa bed and a dining table, plus a fully equipped kitchen with: fridge, microwave, all kinds of small appliance, "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a full kitchen. Full cleaning closet, ironing and ironing board. The apartment has high speed WiFi, high quality and quiet air conditioning (cold/heat), Smart-TV TV, also having radiators, at your disposal as a complement for winter. The apartment is delivered with sets of towels, sheets, hair dryer and amenities for all its tenants and fully prepared for your use. If you stay longer you can organize the room service (30 euros, includes cleaning and change of clothes). Subject to availability, we can offer a late Check-Out free of charge. IMPORTANT: Tickets (Check-In) after 21.00h have an additional charge of €20 and €30 after midnight and your payment will be made through Airbnb, specifically through its resolution center for processing.

The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace. On this terrace open from 5th April to 2nd we have a jucuzzi-pool, a solarium area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.
