The mysterious Santa Cruz neighborhood, the Cathedral and its Giralda, the Alcázar gardens, the famous and renowned churches of Seville, all this and more await you just a few minutes walk from our apartment. The Puerta de Jerez metro station is just a ten-minute walk away, the Santa Justa train station is just twenty minutes away, and there are several private parking lots just a five-minute walk from the apartment Our building consists of both private and tourist apartments. We ask you to be considerate of the other neighbors' peace, so we inform you that it is totally forbidden to have parties in the building and in the apartment. The maximum number of people in the apartment is limited to four.

Magnificent ground floor duplex located in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, in an unparalleled environment and a four-minute walk from the Giralda. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an equipped kitchen. Its location in a historic neighborhood with narrow streets means there is little light and humidity in the environment. A beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, in a typical Sevillian house with an orange tree patio. The apartment's location is ideal for walking around the city, as it is just a short walk from all of Seville's main monuments. Despite being downtown, you can drive right up to the house's door, but it's away from the noise. Near the house there are numerous bars and restaurants where you can taste Andalusian cuisine.
