Apartamento con entrada independiente en edificio histórico de principios de SXX. Recién reformado con calidades de primera y mobiliario que lo hace único y diferente. Suelo de madera de roble y obras de artistas locales. Barrio de San Julián , centro histórico pero fuera del bullicio turístico para conocer la auténtica Sevilla local. Rodeada de iglesias y conventos en una calle muy tranquila pero a 5 minutos de la Alameda y calle Feria, donde están los bares y zona más animada.
