Hi. This is studio36. It's cool in summer, without air conditioning. A 20 m2 studio converted from the garage of my house, in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals in the company of two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. Close to University Hospital, Campus, Modern Comfort, and shops, and 20 min walk to the centre SOPGYN

You will be 15 minutes from the Futuroscope, 10 minutes from Poitiers train station, and 20 minutes from Chauvigny. Shops 3 km away warning!
