The 82 sqm apartment with separate entrance is part of our Bauhaus-style bungalow. The house is in the countryside, very quiet, 7 km from the Nürburgring. Both racing enthusiasts and hikers and cyclists will find the ideal place here. Dream trail, the Hohe Acht, Laacher See and the Maare in the Volcanic Eifel. The apartment can accommodate 5 people (1 double room, 1 twin bed room & 1 pull-out bed) & has a living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom (shower, bathtub), guest toilet, private terrace.

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. The EIFEL QUARTIER is a very individual, original accommodation with a modern pellet stove. It covers two floors and has an electric charging station. Here, pure living has been transferred to the modern age.

Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
