Endlich ist es soweit...nach fast vier Jahren Planung und Umbau können wir ab März 2025 die ersten Gäste in unserem Turm begrüßen. Auf elf Quadratmetern haben wir aus einem alten Trafoturm eine tiny Ferienunterkunft geschaffen. Der Turm ist klein aber oho und hat viele hochwertige Details. The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books for all tastes.

In the garden under the apple trees, you can relax or sit comfortably together, barbecue available! A sandbox or ping pong table is available for the kids. In summer, we recommend a canoe trip on the nearby Ratzeburg Lake or a shopping trip to Lübeck! Wedding celebrations are possible on the farm! The house has a full basement.

Cheers and welcome, Our apartment with lake view lets you forget everyday life immediately. Enjoy the fresh sea air in a beach chair or along the Lübeck Bay. The beach chair and lakeside terrace are available exclusively for you. Both the Baltic Sea and Lübeck are just a 10–15-minute drive away. Hiking and cycling routes start right on the doorstep – ideal for active days, relaxed moments and unforgettable moments in nature.

A spacious and cozy apartment on the first floor of a two-family house. The apartment is located near the Baltic Sea (approx. 20 minutes by car). The A20 is in the immediate vicinity. The Hanseatic city of Lübeck is minutes by car, but can also be reached from Schönberg train station. Schönberg train station is only a few minutes' walk away. Various supermarkets, pharmacies and a medical center are also within walking distance.

Here you are nestled in nature. In the morning you will be awakened by birdsong and look into the greenery. You can not only observe many wild animals, but also the horses as they move peacefully into the paddocks. The tiny house is lovingly furnished and about 200 m from the house. ** In the event of frost temperatures, we have to turn off the running water. However, water dispensers with tap water are then available.

Vacation home (No. 2) in restored boiler house

Relax on our versatile holiday farm in our authentically furnished holiday apartment (No. 2, renovated in 2019) in the former boiler house. The apartment, near the Baltic Sea, is located in a beautiful courtyard complex between the Hanseatic cities of Lübeck and Wismar. The holiday apartment is available all year round. I would also like to add that our private terrace is about 15 metres next to the flat.

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.
