Desde el principio la comunicación con Luis ha sido muy fácil, igual que a la llegada y salida. El apartamento coincidía con todo lo indicado, limpio, tranquilo y disponiendo de todo lo necesario para una familia. Incluso batidora que nos vino genial para nuestro bebé. Está perfectamente ubicado, cerca de la estación de tren y a un paso del centro. Perfecto para pasar unos días en Sevilla. Gracias Luis por las facilidades.

L'appartement d'Isabel est très propre et tout en sécurité, il ne manquait rien. Tout est accessibilité et près de la gare. Les visites à Séville est magnifique ! Je vous recommande. Merci

El alojamiento estaba genial, las camas muy cómodas, tuvimos un buen descanso, con cama de matrimonio y dos individuales. Nada de ruido lo cual nos permitió dormir muy bien. El anfitrión atento, le preguntamos si tenía plancha de ropa y nos contestó al momento que sí. Justo debajo tenía un supermercado MAS para comprar. La ubicación perfecta. Muy recomendable

We felt at home in the apartment. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and even more. The apartment was fully equiped and super clean, bigger and brighter than expected. We especially enjoyed being able to fully rest thanks to the confortable bed, very quiet environment and good shutter which allowed complete darkness in the bedroom. Check in/out was super easy and thanks to the flexible host we could enjoy Sevilla early without the burden of our suitcase. Even if the main touristic attractions are about 20-30 min away, it is really nice to walk there as you pass by lively streets with beautiful buildings, nice shops and restaurants.

Great place for a short stay. Right next to the Alcazar and the Cathedral. Multiple options for great food and wonderful lively location to walk around.

The location in Seville was a very short walk to the Alcazar and Cathedral, as well as numerous excellent restaurants. The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen necessities, and a great combo washer/dryer. Host Miguel was very helpful leading up to and during our stay. He left excellent instructions to let ourselves into the apartment and was quickly available for any questions. We had a car and parked in a nearby garage that Miguel helped us arrange. The A/C works great which was appreciated on 100+ degree days. Highly recommend this apartment if you are thinking about staying in Seville. Taxi will come close to the apartment if you need it. We loved Seville and hope to return one day.

We had a great stay at Carlos. We visited during Samana Santa which meant the city was busy, but Carlos was very responsive in guiding us through the road blocks and making us aware of which transport/ streets to take. The property was lovely, super spacious for the 4 of us living there. We had a lovely stay!

Lá maison est magnifique! Tout est beau, propre. Tout fonctionne. La literie est excellente. La présentation des lits à l’arrivée est attentionnée. Nous avons eu droit à une boîte de chocolat et une bouteille de Tio Pepe.

We had a great stay - right in the heart of Santa Cruz but also with peaceful outdoor spaces to relax. The house is so unique and historic yet functional enough for our party of 6 adults to enjoy breakfast together in the kitchen and evening on the rooftop patio. Great restaurants and cafes are just a few metres away with other sights all within walking distance. Very different to a modern hotel stay but all the more memorable for it.

We had a fantastic stay in Seville! The apartment was perfectly located—just steps from the Cathedral and surrounded by amazing restaurants, tapas bars, and beautiful historic streets. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. Daniel was a truly exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. When a citywide power outage hit one evening, he checked in on us right away to make sure we were okay and kept us updated, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base in Seville. Highly recommend staying here! Only one small thing: whomever stays in the front (master) room, bring ear plugs because it’s loud! The horse drawn carriages (which are really cool) and the cars/people, on the street in front, make it difficult to sleep if you don’t use them. If you’re used to city noise, it won’t be a problem. Everything else was perfect! 😍

Una experiencia muy bonita, zona tranquila y un anfitrión que vale la pena conocer. Nosotros usamos la casa sobretodo para dormir, nuestra intención fue recorrer la zona. Buena gente y buen lugar. Recomendable al 100%.

Un angolo di paradiso ad una trentina di minuti di auto da Siviglia. Silenzio assoluto, si sente solo il suono delle foglie al vento intervallato dal canto degli uccelli. Splendida piscina a jacuzzi per rilassarsi in mezzo al verde. Colazioni e cene indimenticabili con vista sulla vallata. Bellissima la cucina con isola, fornita di tutto il necessario. Iper gentile la host, risponde sempre positivamente in pochi secondi (non è un'iperbole)

The accommodation was beautiful, charming and full of character, and very close to all amenities.

La casa es muy grande y cómoda para 2 familias con niños. Tuvimos problemas con la nevera y el agua caliente pero Antonio muy pendiente de nosotros. La verdad es que estuvimos muy agusto y cómodos, la terraza de arriba es un gustazo.

Increíble ubicación, en una zona peatonal desde la que puedes caminar a algunas de las atracciones más importantes de Sevilla, cultura y docenas de restaurantes para elegir a tu gusto. Una vista muy bonita al frente de la Universidad de Sevilla. Rafael es un gran anfitrión, excelente comunicación y muy amable en todo momento. Hay un poco de ruido por las noches, pues el departamento está justo sobre algunos restaurantes que tienen mesas en la calle, pero es un pequeño precio a cambio de una gran ubicación.

The apartment was spacious (much bigger than we expected), well located and very quiet and peaceful - even during Santa Semana it was really quiet at night. The hosts are fantastic, sending excellent restaurant recommendations and making reservations and transfer bookings - and the rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax!

Well equipped, quiet appartment, near grocery store, 15 minutes to city center. Alicia was utmost friendly, promt communication, which helped us to enjoy our stay in Sevilla. Janez

Clean, comfortable apartment with spacious bathrooms in a great location. We were around for the Copa Del Ray final and had a great time. Highly recommend for family and friends to stay.

Logement très calme et spacieux, conforme à l'annonce. Très lumineux et sans vis-à-vis. Il est dans le centre ville de Séville, près d'une gare de bus urbains, ce qui était important pour nous. Rue calme, avec des supermarchés et des bars sympas. Le seul point négatif est que le frigo faisait beaucoup de bruit. Si l'on dort dans le salon, c'est gênant. On ne l'entend pas depuis la chambre.

We were delighted to discover this apartment located in the middle of everything! Walking distance to The Real Alcazar, Plaza Espana, Triana, as well as to the very authentic north side. Restaurants, bars, tapas are steps away, yet the apartment is amazingly quiet and private. Perfect getaway for 2!

Beyond checking the typical boxes that we look for in accommodations (very clean, comfy bed, great shower and reliable wifi), it is a lovely apartment that invites relaxation. It has a well equipped kitchen with a generous fridge/freezer and handy washer/dryer. We appreciated the ample storage space in the bedroom (closets & drawers). which allowed us to not have to live out of our suitcases during our stay. A scenic river walk of 20 minutes (more or less) allowed us easy access to all the old town attraction as well as other notable areas of Sevilla such as the Triana neighborhood. Jose was an exceptional communicator. Very early after confirming our booking, he forwarded information about the city to help us with our holiday planning. He arranged transfers both to and from the apartment and was able to accommodate our request for an early check in. Should we ever return to Sevilla, we would definitely consider staying at this apartment again.

A great location from which to explore Seville. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The rooftop area with the pool was a beautiful space to relax and appreciate the view of the city. Eva was extremely helpful, offering advice about local place to eat and visit, and even organising our return taxi to the airport.
