Up to three double-bedrooms (each with private shower/WC) can be used. The private south-side balcony ensures a unique, breathtaking view over the magnificent alpine scenery of the Stubai Glacier and the beautiful natural surroundings.

The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. The beautiful 1960s house is located in Igls, a cozy district of Innsbruck. It offers a unique view in all directions. The house can accommodate a large family (also with a dog), has an open fireplace, 3 terraces, 2 balconies and a spacious garden. It is lovingly furnished and barrier-free, even with a stair lift. In 15 minutes you can reach Innsbruck city center by car or bus and in a few minutes the Patscherkofel ski resort.
