Brand new built in 2022, very fresh detached guest house of 40 sqm, 100 m from the beach. You live in a forest-like area, with sea noise and the beach as a neighbor. Takes a morning and/or evening dip. Relaxing with mile-long walks or bike rides (bikes can be borrowed). In this quiet area you will find two bedrooms at each end (160 and 140 cm beds), a living room with sofa, TV and dining area, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Fast Wi-Fi. Wooden deck and paved patio, dining area and barbecue.

Modern cottage in a quiet forested area, only 100 m from the beach with its characteristic fine white sand. Child friendly (100 m to the nearest road, and virtually zero traffic). Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the larger one on the right. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a large sleeping loft with headroom for adults to stand. Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.

By the sea in Brantevik

By the beach in Brantevik is a small guesthouse overlooking the sea and where only a small walk separates the house from the water. Bengt Lindroos architect. There are four single beds, two in the loft and two in a sofa bed (but the house is small for 4 adults). There is also a small kitchenette, with two hot plates, microwave and fridge as well as a toilet, shower and washing machine. If you need additional beds, there is a nice shed next to the house that can be rented for a supplement.

The decor has been hand picked from vintage shops in the region to suit this house from 1936. Baskemölla is known as one of the most charming villages in Österlen with beautiful nature, a swimming lagoon for children and intimate beaches. Arts and craft shops and art galleries nearby. An amazing place to stay all year round.

The house is situated in a calm and quiet pineforest with wildlife almost on your doorstep. Walking distance to the sea (appr. 1.5 km) and lots of trails for running or walking. A big, relaxing property with hammocks for reading. Two large patios - one for sunrise and the other for sunset. The house has three bedrooms, kitchen, livingroom and a bathroom with bathtub. The house is our familys cottage and is rented out for weeks we can not use it ourselves.

Bathroom, kitchen, living room and a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed adapted for children. There is a pull-out bed in the living room. Where there's a TV but no channels. But a Chromecast is available for streaming. Fenced yard. The cottage is left in the same condition as upon arrival. Vacuum cleaner, mop, and cleaning supplies are available.

Guest house close to the beach - Örnahusen 59

Our guest house is located only 400 meters from the ocean in the very picturesc village of Örnahusen. The house is renovated with a new, fully equiped kitchen, 2019. We run a sourdough bakery next door. Check out Gamla Bageriet at social media and opening hours. Within walking distance you can also visit an Indian clothing shop, a carpentry and you can buy your vegetables at Örnahusen gårdsbutik. The beaches are easy accesible within walking distance.
