Modern cottage in a quiet forested area, only 100 m from the beach with its characteristic fine white sand. Child friendly (100 m to the nearest road, and virtually zero traffic). Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the larger one on the right. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a large sleeping loft with headroom for adults to stand. Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.

Njut av trädäck, uteplats med grill och låna cyklar för att upptäcka omgivningarna. Perfekt för morgondopp, långa strandpromenader och avkopplande dagar på vackra Österlen.

Welcome to this nicely renovated house in Österlen. The property with its large garden is facing the ocean with stunning views of the water and the village. The decor has been hand picked from vintage shops in the region to suit this house from 1936. Baskemölla is known as one of the most charming villages in Österlen with beautiful nature, a swimming lagoon for children and intimate beaches. Arts and craft shops and art galleries nearby. An amazing place to stay all year round.

Vid havet i Brantevik

Vid stranden i Brantevik ligger ett litet gästhus med utsikt över havet och där endast en liten promenad skiljer huset från vattnet. Bengt Lindroos arkitekt. Det finns fyra enkelsängar, två stycken på loftet och två i en bäddsoffa (men huset är litet för 4 vuxna). Det finns vidare ett litet pentry, med två kokplattor, micro och kylskåp samt en toalett, dusch och tvättmaskin. Om ni behöver ytterligare sängplatser så finns en fin friggebod bredvid huset som kan hyras mot ett tillägg.

This splendid holiday home is in the Österlen Idyll of Kivik. The house is in a central location and offers a view of the sea and the harbour, which is just 400 metres from the house. The garden is huge and sunny. There are several terraces next to the house. Especially from the huge bedroom, enjoy a view of the grave mounds of Kungagraven, which is the largest of its kind that dates back to the Bronze Age of Sweden. Lots of room for family and friends.

Our guest house is located only 400 meters from the ocean in the very picturesc village of Örnahusen. The house is renovated with a new, fully equiped kitchen, 2019. We run a sourdough bakery next door. Check out Gamla Bageriet at social media and opening hours. Within walking distance you can also visit an Indian clothing shop, a carpentry and you can buy your vegetables at Örnahusen gårdsbutik. The beaches are easy accesible within walking distance.

Artist lodge close to the sea

We offer a modern loft-like summer stay overviewing the sea within walking distance from the beach. The house consists of three rooms, one master bedroom with windows from floor to roof towards the fields, an additional bedroom with two single beds, and a living area with kitchen and lounge, also with windows covering the wall towards the garden. Outside there is a lawn, with barbecue and furniture for outdoor living, plus an outdoor shower.
