Welcome to Villa Vallmo in the picturesque village of Gladsax, in the middle of Österlen. The house is 100 sqm large, distributed on two floors. A small garden with a large outdoor area where evenings are often spent in the evening sun. Beaches and beautiful surroundings nearby. Approximately 6 km to the sea. In Gladsax, Gustafs is located in Österlen with handcrafted pizza. Öl & Knäcke is within walking distance, where you can eat at sunset overlooking rolling fields. Ola Ols Gelato is also around the corner with its fabulous ice cream.

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a common comment we've received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

Surrounded by rolling Scanian fields and with social areas both outside and inside, we want you to enjoy your stay with us. In the residence, there are two landscaped patios, one of which has an outdoor kitchen (barbecue and surfaces for cooking, no water and electricity). Furthermore, there are two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a social living room. Just a stone's throw from the house is Listarum Nature Reserve.

The Brygghuset Hagestad former microbrewery in Österlen offers a newly renovated guesthouse in a boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. Also patio on the terrace with infra heating, outdoor furniture on both. Rich bird life. Older pond in the garden a stream flows through. Fast Internet that appears in a powerful mesh network throughout the house. Two TVs with large movie/channel selection. Richly equipped kitchen with much of most things! Owner lives secluded on premises and is easily reached by problem.

The nearest neighbours are Baskemölla eco village with its varied architecture. 500m down to Baskemölla harbour for morning swim from the harbour pier.
