Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Detached guest house in a charming environment near the golf course

A stone's throw from one of Sweden's most beautiful golf courses is a converted barn of about 60 square meters with 2 bedrooms, one of which is a sleeping loft. There are 4 beds, private entrance, parking facilities for one car and it is secluded from neighbors. The stairs to the loft are steep, see picture. Dogs are very welcome as long as they are comfortable with our own dog being nearby, our dog is a 5-year-old male. The house has a small wooden deck with furniture and barbecue grill, the garden is fenced.

Old school in Vik

The house is situated high up overlooking Stenshuvud and Hanö Bay. It was built in 1897 and was Vik's folk high school until the end of the 1950s. In 2011 and 2012, an extensive renovation was carried out and now the entire house is as if newly built. However, we have strived to preserve the original character of the house as much as possible. Vik is Österlen's oldest fishing village and the old buildings are very well preserved. It's calm and pleasant here and the surrounding nature is stunningly beautiful!

At Gladsax Manor, it is now possible to rent the cozy white guest house. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guest house is suitable for 2-6 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy that little extra both indoors and outdoors in the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has a total area of 100 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2.

If you like old houses with preserved details, then welcome to Bergåsa! The large house consists of three apartments. You have your own private entrance and garden. WiFi and Chromecast are available. I live in one barn and my sister in the other. So there may be a little life and movement, but we are kind and simple. A cat may come to visit. Close to Kivik, and the beach (walking distance) about 15 minutes. Stenshuvud National Park, Svabesholm and Kivik Art Center a few kilometers away. Welcome! Nina

Nybyggt (hösten 2023) ljust och luftigt ekohus på 30 kvm mitt i Ravlunda. Allrum med högt i tak. Sovrum med två bäddar. Loft med två bäddar. Badrum med dusch. Runt huset är det inhägnat med staket. Här finns plats för både lek och pauser i solen. Nytt för 2025 är att vi byggt ett entrétak. Vi står för sänglinne, badrumsfrotté samt ett mindre bassortiment i skafferiet. Du får även nybakat bröd under lokala surdegsbageriets öppetdagar.

Här får ni tillgång till ett trivsamt boende utmed Byvägen i natursköna Sankt Olof under er vistelse på Österlen. I bostaden finns det 6 sängar, 1 barnsäng och 2 spjälsängar på ovanvåningen. Det finns möjlighet att ladda bilen för 5 kr per kWh. Hör av er så får ni tillgång till detta när ni parkerat bilen. Boendet erbjuder basutbud på tv och Wi-Fi. Ni tar med egna sängkläder och handdukar. Ni städar själv innan ni checkar ut.
