Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Rent Lilla Skolsalen, a studio apartment with about 4 meters in ceiling height where old meets new and modern. The accommodation includes everything you might need during your stay such as a fully-equipped kitchen, a fresh bathroom with shower & WC and a double bed. Access to several patios including direct exit to the back with its own terrace and garden area.

Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Modern and cozy accommodation in bright and nice house about 200 meters to the sea in Brantevik. The house is located at the bottom of a dead end street and with walking distance to the village's various activities such as tennis court, outdoor gym, padel court, swimming area and playground. In the house there are 4 sleeping places divided into 2 larger bedrooms, the other with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All beds are purchased in 2021. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Open-plan with kitchen, dining area and sofa.

In the middle of Österlen, on the charming fishing village of Brantevik, this cozy house is only 300m from the sea. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the lush garden outside the windows, take a dip in the sea, stroll along the meadows, or read a good book in the hammock. If the weather fails, you can warm up in the Jacuzzi, sauna or in front of the fireplace. The garden has a patio on both the front and back (east/north/west), so both breakfast and dinner can be taken in the morning sun. Charcoal grill (Weber) is available.

Cozy 40's apartment centrally located at the top of Brunnsparken's canopies. Two balconies of which a large thriving terrace with no view in a sunny south facing position. The slanted ceilings give bygone charm to this bright and beautiful loft of 90 square meters. Three spacious bedrooms as well as a larger combined living and dining room with a decor that tells you about travel in all parts of the world. Small fully tiled bathroom with a shower. Five minutes walk to the city center and ten minutes to the beach life at Tobisvik.

Unique accommodation in organic apple orchard near the sea

Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Fruit's organic apple farm. A wagon built throughout in solid eco materials. Equipped with a double bed, a kitchen, a fireplace, a shower, and a WC. The wagon is completely off grid. Here, you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of staying in the middle of an apple orchard. The nearest neighbours are Baskemölla eco village with its varied architecture. 500m down to Baskemölla harbour for morning swim from the harbour pier.

Guesthouse in beautiful Ravlunda outside Kivik

Newly built (autumn 2023) bright and airy eco-house of 30 sqm in the middle of Ravlunda. Living room with high ceilings. Bedroom with two beds. Loft with two beds. Bathroom with shower. Around the house it's gated with fences. There is room for both play and breaks in the sun. New for 2025 is that we built an entrance roof. We provide bed linen, bathroom towels and a smaller basic assortment in the pantry. You can also get freshly baked bread during the open days of the local sourdough bakery.

Bo på vackra Österlen i Simris Gamla skola. Här får du njuta i Klassrummet. Här hittar ni en unik, elegant stil med färg. Gamla detaljer är bevarade; så som spegeldörrar, trägolv, kamin, takbjälkar och den gamla skoltavlan. Här kan ni avnjuta goda middagar både i köket och på den generösa uteplatsen med utgång direkt från Klassrummet. Här finns något för både gammal och ung då närmaste granne är byns lekplats där två boulebanor ingår. Det är cykelavstånd in till Simrishamn och till stränder.

Njut av en enkel livsstil på en ekologisk cidergård vid Stenshuvud. Havet, himlen och ängen kan du räkna med - rådjuren, fåglarna och humlorna kommer och går. Luta dig tillbaka - du har koll på allt direkt från den generösa sängen. Vagnen har allt du behöver, med pentry, vattentoa, dusch, och en kamin som gör även vintern mysig här. Naturreservatet är ett stenkast bort, och väl tillbaka - kanske en smakprovning med gårdens cider - Österskens Torra?

There are three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a cosy sleeping loft with ladder.
