Simrishamn is within walking distance via the beautiful cycle/pedestrian path along the sea. You can join the Skåneleden trail down by the sea in both the north and south directions for hiking with fantastic views and nature. Pets are welcome. The guest cleans by themselves; cleaning equipment and cleaning products are provided. Guests must bring their own bed linen/bath towels. The hot tub is private! NOT INCLUDED! The main building is empty! There is no Wi-Fi!

Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

The nearest neighbors are Baskemölla eco-village with its varied architecture. 500 m down to Baskemölla harbor for a morning swim from the harbor pier.

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.

Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bicycles and one men's bicycle. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.

A cozy cottage of 56 sqm with sea view towards Stenshuvud. The beds are on the upper floor. There is an additional cleaning fee. The rental should be weekly between June 19-August 1. The rest of the year you can rent by the day, weekend and week. The cottage is superbly modernly equipped. Around the house, there is its own terrace with garden furniture
