Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Simrishamn Municipality

The accommodation is not large but well located for us. Because we always had good weather, we could sit comfortably outside. The bathroom is very new and bright. The whole place is very clean and Eva is a very nice and helpful host.

We stayed in Kent's apartment for two nights, two adults, two children and two small dogs. For us it was perfect location. Kent responded super quickly to our request as we booked the same day we were going to arrive and he also met us when we arrived late on a weekday night outside the property and showed us around. Very nice reception! The apartment had everything we needed. Loved the floors and the bedroom door and the cozy decor. And a plus with a small nice garden. 5-10 min drive to the beach. Would love to come back!

Nice home with lots of space and nice atmosphere. We expected it to be a little floor cold (October), but there was really nice temperature everywhere. Completely renovated building that still has charm. We would love to come again!

Great and tastefully decorated apartment/part of street house very central in Simrishamn, close to harbor and beach. We rented bikes and made day trips along the coast and enjoyed the beautiful and central location.

Camilla and Jonas were great hosts, were always immediately available and very friendly. Their place is very special - so perfect and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The garden in the back and in the front is also really beautiful and very cozy. We explored the area with the bikes - there are so many beautiful and quite secluded beaches, whether Hävang, Vitamölla or even in Kivik. There's a lot to discover in the woods, too. It was just a wonderful vacation, we were very happy here and would be happy to come back.

Warm, functional and well-located apartments! Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to take advantage of the beautiful terrace that has views of the sea. Philip was very responsive, kind and always answered all questions quickly and thoroughly, thank you!

Lovely big house with lots of room for all 10 of us and a dog. One room in house 1 is now with a double bed instead of a bunk bed. The trampoline is huge and was a hit for all children. The ping pong table is a bit defective, some of the plastic fittings were broken. Amazing nature and perfect distance for good walks to the beautiful beach and in the area with large pine trees. Remember to take a trip to Ales Stenar and see the big old stones.

Very homely and rural place in the middle of beautiful Österlen. A quarter to the sea and amazing sandy beaches and 5 minutes to beautiful Brösarp slopes. Incredible beech forests a short walk away and 10 minutes to Christinehof's castle and eco park. Here you will stay in a homely house with historical vibes in the middle of the countryside where it is quiet and nice!

Great accommodation with close proximity to nature, sea and golf course. Our family enjoyed the nice, airy house and garden was very good for our grandchildren. A big plus was the toys, swing, trampoline and a small slide. The house is in a residential area but still felt private.

Absolutely wonderful accommodation, it really had just everything you needed and also felt so homely!!! Comfortable beds and incredibly clean and fresh in the house. We had a smooth and good communication with Lennart who responded quickly and kindly to any questions we had, so we felt really safe :) Another plus was also the sauna and walking distance to nice views! Highly recommend this home:) ++++++

We have had an amazing holiday in this nice and spacious house! Everything we needed was there and it felt both quiet and secluded while being close to both the beach, good food and various excursions. Hosts are super nice and it was easy to arrange all the details around keys, check-in etc. Highly recommend this home!

Our stay at Jesper's house was amazing! The house was basically newly built, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The wonderful community space with the wood-burning fireplace where the living room and kitchen flowed together was perfect for our week over New Year. Jesper was an incredibly nice and service-minded host who helped us with all the details and responded quickly to our questions. I can highly recommend both the house and Jesper as a host!

We (family with two children) stayed in this nice and spacious house for five nights in early August. The kitchen is well-equipped, large rooms with lots of space to hang out and nice, fenced garden with many small crawlies in and "rooms". The conservatory behind the barn was a big favorite for sunset dinners and views of the fields! Very child friendly with lots of games and toys. Big enough for two families. Big plus there was a washer and dryer! We are happy to come again and recommend the house to anyone who wants to discover Österlen! 🌻

Eva is very nice and and answering fast to all messages. Check-In and -Out very easy. The house is quite big and well equipped with everything you need. The stove is just great if the weather is not perfect. The patio is awesome with a nice garden around. Can only recommend this AirBnB!

We were very comfortable upon arrival. The apartment was spotless and beautifully modernly furnished. We were able to cook very well, because the kitchen was ideally designed for it. The large bathroom with shower was also extremely comfortable. We also used the balcony regularly and the view of the water from it was of course super nice. The sleeping area was great, only an additional darkening would have been great. The free parking and keyless access to the apartment were great. We had a lovely time here during our Denmark-Sweden tour.

Our time at Anne and Styrbjörn's was wonderful. Their yard and place are warm and welcoming. Everything is tastefully and comfortably furnished and flooded with light. Beds are very comfortable. There is everything you need on vacation. Upon our arrival, the fridge was filled with locally produced products - this is very special and we really appreciated it. The surrounding area is rural and quiet, but offers many experiences in the area. Highly recommended for families, the children (and also the adults) are invited to get to know the sheep, chickens, pigs, ducks and the lovely dog Busa. Our hosts were extremely committed, friendly, and made our stay special. They have grown to heart and I'm sure we'll be back soon!

Super nice place with a great location right on the beach. Daniel is a great host and was very accessible and also reached out to us himself about excursion destinations. The only negative point was the bedroom that could not be completely darkened, which was quite unusual in connection with the spots outside the building that were always switched on at night. If in doubt, bring a sleep mask, then that's no problem.

Nice and nice accommodation right by the beach. Municipal pool that was great for the kids very close, fantastic ice cream kiosk in the same house. Perfect for a few days of lounging.

Not the first time, and won't be the last, everything is great as usual : )

Loved staying with Barbro. The house is gorgeous, and has such character. The wood fire was great for a cold night and the sunrise in the morning was spectacular. Wish we could have stayed longer.
