The vacation rental is located in the basement of our residential building and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed with a lying surface of 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel bed for 3rd person if necessary. Both not possible at the same time. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Highchair will be provided if needed.

JUNIOR SUITE with private bathroom

A special retreat, located close to the city and at the same time in the middle of nature: This is the Junior Suite (no kitchen) Perfect for travelers who like walking, jogging, cycling, relaxing at Lake Constance (20 min.) or hiking or skiing in the Alps (approx. 1 hr.). Ravensburg (5 km) with 50,000 inhabitants invites you to go shopping and visit various sights. Very popular with children is the attraction park Ravensburger Spieleland (11 km). Breakfast can be booked for an extra charge.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

Little flat in the countryside

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Cozy 1-room apartment with about 54 m², with a beautiful balcony facing south. Wi-Fi and parking space are provided. The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve and is a good starting point for excursions of all kinds. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Constance and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Radolfzell, Konstanz and Zurich are easy to reach by car or train. Numerous shops can be used without a car. In warm weather, it is worth to talk a walk to the Hegauer Area or to the Lake Constance.

Cozy, small, rustic attic apartment in old house with 3 floors, quiet location with garden, not far to the lake and the city, very nice view up to the mountains. Bus stop to the city, lake or train station in 50 m, good butcher, vegetables and baker in 200 m distance. If required, you can rent a bicycle or canoe. Parking is right in front of the house.
